and recently (the past year or so) it is totally unacceptable. The time inside today was 20 minutes for
two burgers, I was behind two other very angry customers. The workers apparently don’t have a clue
how to do things at a pace expected and are very rude. I would like to know the owner of this franchise,
I live here in town and would gladly speak with him/her in a positive manner to pull this facility up to

Visited store #3595 in Vineland NJ on Dec 29th 2022. Help is useless. Can’t speak or understand English. Had no idea what I was asking for and got the order all wrong. What I ended up getting was a hot sandwich, but not what I asked for.
Great food puts McDonalds to shame
Looked on line before going to store.. Ad showed 2 whopper meals for 10.99. when my wife went thru the drive thru, she was told sale ended yesterday. 10.99 for two whopper meals ended up being 18.82 for two whoppers and two freys.
I have only visited Burger King twice. I live about 5 minutes from McDonalds and usually patronize this facility when I am in the mood for hamburgers/French fries. After eating at BK (which is in another town) I will not be buying McDonalds any longer. I have not been able to get any fresh, hot French fries at McDonalds (they are hard, cold and tasteless) and the people taking the orders often give the wrong/or incomplete orders to customers. I am speaking about the Burger King in Laurel Delaware; I assume the all Burger Kings operate in the same manner. Each time that I visited/ordered from this Burger King my order was complete. The burgers tasted fresh and didn’t look as if they were thrown together….the fries were hot & delicious. In my opinion, McDonalds’ food does not compare with Burger King’s; and I will travel to Burger King in Laurel, De when I am in the mood for this type of food. Keep up the good work!!!

The food was fine, but some of the people loitering within the place (Marietta,SC) were questionable. Someone whose filthy pants were below his knees, and who repeatedly came in for free refills, is not where I feel comfortable bringing my grandchildren.

The BK experience I get every time I go is kind of a roller coaster. I think they could improve by making sure the food is piping hot even if the customer has to wait for a few moments. I think they’re understaffed and need all hands on deck from open to close, It’s a popular food chain. The food is amazing, it’s just sometimes going there is like a box of chocolates. 5/10

The Five Forks Trickum, Lilburn Georgia, Burger King has the Best Burgers inside of Georgia! Always fresh! Plenty of Lettuce, Tomatoes, and pickles! The sandwich is hot! , the french fries taste excellent! and customer service is always number one!
