  6. I have just collected a prescription from my local Boots pharmacy. On the bag it says I can I can leave feedback by visiting “talktobootspharmacy”. However I find cannot do this as I do not have a till receipt or an invitation code. This just shows how inept your Company is and is typical of the poor service I get at the Wellington Medical Centre pharmacy. Why should I have to give at least a weeks notice to get a standard repeat prescription? And there is 1 member of staff there who is either very dim or deliberately obstructive. I have queued (8 people outside 4 inside) in wet and cold conditions to find only 1 person serving. I will be using an online service in the future and it will not be yours’s.

  8. I have several prescriptions which my Boots invariably have ready for me when I eventually manage to get to collect them. All the staff are very accommodating and helpful, not just to me but to the other customers, some of whom are often a little the worse for wear. I like to complet the survey, not for the chancde of winning any prize – which I think is infinitesimal anyway – but to give due praise where it is earned. All the staff at 218 Hessle Road, Hull deserve such praise, but what irks me is that it is impossible to actually complete the survey!! Why has it been set up to give instructions on what to do, and even offers a label to click on to enter the survey, but does not actually START the survey. This is shockingly bad management from the Boots company, and why they would wish to keep tabs on their employees when they cannot do simple things correctly themselves is something of a misnomer. Last time I had to ring someone and get them to enter the survey for me. Today at 17:15 hours I walked in and the lady said “Good evening Mr Hamilton” and literally handed my prescriptions which I had not collected for 3 days (at least). That’s service above and beyond.

  12. Can someone explain to me why you have to ‘open an account’ before leaving feedback? I had to enter email followed by card details (not purchasing anything so why?). Immediately got a text from bank saying I’d made a purchase and was it correct. Card now cancelled. You haven’t responded to an email I sent either.
