Wife and I stopped at 238020 in Saskatoon while travelling. Not every impressed. Stood at the counter behind a gentleman that was there before us. We waited a good two minutes before he walked down to the end of the counter to get someone’s attention. He was told to wait. It seems like most stores the workers cannot process or handle one order at a time. It also seems like phoned in orders get priority. A few more times of this treatment and we will go exclusively to Popeyes for our chicken meals.
I was at KFC Oct 11/22 I did not what was ordered, we wanted the new chicken sandwich with bacon and got the Chicken Chicken sandwich instead. By the time we got home with it we did not wish to drive back to get it corrected. It was good but NOT WHAT WE ORDERED!

At the KFC restaurant #1393 at 1070 Major Mackenzie, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and level of service provided by Tabitha. I had an issue which she addressed immediately and to my absolute satisfaction. It is a pleasure to have been able to deal with her.
Ordered at store 1705 located at 5807-137 Ave in Edmonton. Every time I have been there, the staff have been very friendly and courteous. I have mot been disappointed with the service or the food since 2016.
