  1. I was just at your Blacklick Oh restaurant and I was placing a breakfast order. The greeter Kaylah did an excellent job and was very helpful! I get to the counter and is helped by the cashier Bri she did a great job helping me navigate the menu. While I was speaking to the cashier, I couldn’t recall the name of the breakfast order I wanted. In the back was the Asst manager Shawna making rude comments about how the item I ordered was a McDonald’s item and I should know what I wanted before I got there. Her (Shawna) attitude and behavior was rude and childish considering she works with the public. The manger was there and he was helpful but I would like for him to take time to discuss with his team the importance of watching your mouth when on the floor dealing with the public. The only reason I continued with my order was because of the excellent service I received from Bria and Kaylah!
